A fresh look for a popular feature

"Cover purchases" is a popular way to redeem rewards at Capital One, allowing users to "erase" certain purchases after it's been made. As it hadn't been updated recently, it was time for this feature to get a fresh look that made it easier for all our users while reducing unnecessary friction.

By using a multi-step, guided approach, we have made getting started on our accounts even easier.

As a medical student, classes can be stressful enough. Yet, to further their craft and take their knowledge outside of the classroom, many students look for service-learning opportunities. We made finding these opportunities easier for students so they can spend more time in the field furthering their education.
